Reports available to theportcitynews indicate that President Buhari has approved the appointment of new service chiefs.

According to sources knowledgeable on the matter, Maj Gen MG Usman from Kaduna State will replace Lieutenant General Yusuf Tukor Buratai as the Chief of Army Staff.

Air Marshal Benjamin Nicolas from Bayelsa State will replace Abubakar Sadiq as Chief of Air Staff while Rear Admiral Ogunleye Ebenezer Taiwo from Osun State will take over as Navy Chief.
