we already have education and electricity,what we need are good and accountable leaders

Great, We can desire to have the great, accountable and the visionary leaders we want but so far as we are in a democratic system, we should be able to tell them our priorities or things we want most..... though we already have them, they should still be the need for some improvement in other to get to the level of the developed nations
