I understand bro.....But looking at it keenly, One when achieved, can give birth to the other or can pave way for the other to be achieved. One will lead to the other....
And that is "Electricity"...... Electricity will help us have quality education and perhaps achieving the two at the same time may be tough but paying attention to one will really help the other
