First, Who should report to who? the Jukums are in control of the state at the moment with a sitting Governor and Ty a jukum man as the God father, the Tivs on the other hand have no one in the power circle, not even an advisorial post.
2nd you say they are fighting for nothing? No the Jukum want to create what they call "kwararafa" for themselves and only them without the TIvs and if possible minus Hausa/fulani . IS THAT FOR NOTHING

It was OBJ that allowed his friend TY to use his position as CDS TO KILL US IN TR STATE AS FREELY AS HE WISHES IN 1999~2000? Be thankful its houses your family have been losing , year 2000 my granduncle was killed by tiv. 2001 my aunty was killed by tiv (donga R.Kada road), even a pregnant cousin was kidnapped and so on.

I 've stated advising any TIv man in Tr state to start considering house insurance policies cuz Tiv house' life span hitherto was10 years but now it's 5yrs. e.g. my father's house was burnt in Gd Dorowa in 1991 we left to Dan Anacha, in 2001yet dislodged, I joined my elder brother in Ananum 2014 his house burnt, he decided lets settle in Donga town, yet his house got brought down last month may 2019 by the
