Does Buhari not know that not every group or locality must vote for one in an election, and that after election, the winner no longer looks back down over those that didn't vote for the winner?

Really! In case you are suffering from amnesia, let me refresh your memory.
Jonathan shared Ecological Fund money to only PDP controlled states (plus one APGA and one LP which had surrendered themselves to his wish) leaving all the states controlled by the APC out. The "vengeful" Buhari gave bailout money to all the states of the federation despite cries from some APC members.
Abuja didn't vote for him and he reminded them, only the guilty ones wouldn't want to hear people reminding them of their actions

Buhari is not an ideal president and never has or will be but instead of attacking him everyday ask yourselves why is it the majority still prefer him after 4 years of hardship? Because GEJ was so bad anybody would have defeated him in 2015 and Atiku is damaged goods. If the opposition had presented better candidates Buhari would never have won in 2015 and in 2019. Don’t blame Buhari blame the caliber of the opposition.

Abuja is a civil servants metropolitan city and they're angry because stealing and looting is not as usual as before. They wanted him out so that master of looting, PDP could take over again and massive and uncontrolled looting could resume.

You should define it now. If registered voters turn out in certain regions which was used to be 96% and 95% of such votes were for PDP suddenly dropped to below 40% turn out wasn't rigging, I wonder what type of rigging you're talking about!
