I mean, this is now beyond silly. in 2017 kachiku said he needed $1.2 billion to revive dem. what's d problem? and all of una dey look like mumu. yes. DZTech: Buhari refused to give kachukwu any money to repair any refinery. So, no money to be embezzled again. Instead, licenses were granted to Modular (small-small) refinery investors. |
