Or go to settings>data usage>then restrict background data for the app..

No bro. There's an app called DAbrowser that keeps installing itself no matter how many times I uninstall it. Tried to Google to see if there's any of such browser but could not find it

If it only appears when you open some applications, those apps are ad supported apps. They survive by displaying those ads to users. However, if it appears everywhere you go on your phone, your phone has most likely been infected by a virus

its a Trojan Box.. when you click it wil spray some stuffs like this na virus dey enter your phone.. you better back up your data and format it

If its a system app you would have to root your device to delete the app causing the problem, download root checker to know if your device is root compatible,use kingroot or kingoroot to root your device, it uses data to do so,download netquin antivirus use it to scan for trash or junk delete junk apps,when you are done you need to unroot your device or else your what's app and Google play won't function properly, Good luck.

It's an advert app. Funny thing is that if you check your app list you won't find the app because it's not visible. Too bad I can't remember how I did it then.

I can see you like chinko apps a lot.

This is no malware. Check your installed apps... especially the hidden ones.

But recent updates from ucbrowser are freaking annoying with ads. Check your notification/apps permission setting.

Thank you all for your contributions.
I tried out most of the suggestions but it didn't work but in the cause of trying your suggestions, I came across an OTA (over the air) Update, after downloading and installing it, the problem has been fixed. I haven't seen any pop-up since I did the update.
