I can't say, probably because there is no chairman, however, with or without a chairman, the 4 can appoint one of them to act as such or the most senior of the 4 should play such role since judiciary works according to hierarchy of appointment date.

The removal of the former CJN Onnoghne may come back to haunt PMB and APC. Remember, it was the same Onnoghne that gave PMB a minority favorable judgement against all odds in the 2007 presidential election case.

Let him weigh his options very well,truth be told Buhari has eaten this yam and digested it already...the man should better be planing for 2023 but I doubt if south south,south west and South east will agree for presidency to be retained by the North .
