People trapped in a mangrove in PH, after hoodlums in Military uniform opened fire on them.

According to reports, the hoodlums attacked boat users in the early hours of today and many feared dead as some of their boats capsized.

In a video making rounds online, a man was seen lamenting and calling for the assistance of the Federal Government since the rate of violence is out of hand.
