The funniest thing is the middle man might actually pay the USC 4k and middle man pocketing the rest but be rest assured the USC will always come to you for money till the end of the whole process..

Cheap. In US people pay $25K-35K USD and if they caught, they pay $250K fine, jail and deportation. Both, US citizen pays $250K USD fine and jail too, not only the foreigner, it's a crime and if US citizen does it, it's only stupid people or drug addicts, or people with police record do this kind of marriage.

Lol! Background check on US citizen. He is doing a crime and any US citizen doing the contract marriage is a criminal, doesn't matter how his/her background check looks. Do you think any normal USC will risk his job, house, pension, car for a small money? Even $50K or $100 some cheating immigrant would like to pay, nobody who has a decent life and income will NOT risk committing a crime. Only a house costs $200K and up, car, losing a job, salary and going to jail

By the way, even helping an illegal immigrant or giving a job nowadays is a crime and any USC can go to jail for that.

That's why many Nigerians cry how hard to get a visa to US, all you guys do is illegal and fraud and even saying here it's easy and good to do it. Lying and cheating to/on US government it's a CRIME which is NEVER FORGIVEN. Look how many Nigerians are deported this year and the past year and even persecuted by FBI in any other country, found, taken all accounts they have and properties and jailed.

FYI, not all landlord do background check on you when renting a house. Even with your passport, You can rent a house.

Why not take your money to anothet country and have a nice time? Abi na only US get the most beautiful tourist attractions in the whole world?

We people that are here are not in the best position to discourage people not to come here but we can only say, if you want to come here, do it the right way.

Nothing you can tell someone that is frustrated not to leave Nigeria. If you tell them not to come that things are not easy here as they thought, the next question is "if things are not easy in the US as you claimed, why are you still there?"

Thats true esp when you lie to get a visa and you forget about the lies in your visa application so soon...

Hmmm...I don't understand what you are arriving at but either way all the weak US immigration loop-holes are all known to the US visa and immigration officers.

People from all Nationalities have been using all legal and illegal ways to obtain green card since like forever, however those that have been caught trying to obtain the green card illegally are unfortunately being used as the scapegoat for others to learn from their punishment.

Mind you I bet some of you might or might not be aware that some people have even resulted into marrying their siblings or cousins as other means to obtain the US green card.
