Hi everyone.

I'm a final year student In a university. last year October, I deposited 30k into a forex company account using their POS. I got debited and that was it.

My trading account was activated but I misplaced my phone then.

By April this year, I went to the forex company just to go withdraw the money deposited and they told me it didn't reflect in their account.

I contacted Access bank and they said they can't do anything to it again since its more than 3months!

Anyone with an advice on how I can get this money cos I need it to pay my school fees. Pls help.

I can't be the one to bear their mistake. they made the mistake of not transferring the money.

7. Preparation of financial statements and document that will be needed for any of the finance facility.

8. Financial consulting and statutory audit.

Tender transactional proofs and account statements for those periods and your said forex account history.
Money matter requires facts and evidence not just talks and post.
Do as said then you get your money back without sweats.
If you call them out all over the world without evidence you nor go see shishi...

Your forex broker send deposit and withdrawal notifications to your email, tender such for the period.
Forex broker send daily trading activities to your registered email..
Provide those email for the closing day of your deposit or days after your deposit...
Provide your forex account dashboard transactional history screenshots for those periods.
Then you can call anybody out.

Most of these brokers don't have good support and are still learning. In Nigeria, Alpari has the best customer service but FXTM seems more reliable in Nigeria.
