The problem you're having is that you have no clue what novelty means and how it's the MOST important requirement for obtaining a patent.

Any organization that gives you patent because of novelty doesnt know its onions. If not many research papers would have become patents.

I see we have a different perspective. Our patent was filed with the United States Patent & Trademark Office [USPTO] in DC [https://www.uspto.gov].
