I don't really know how to explain this, but whenever I meet certain kind of people, my body kinda react, eg I see them as strange human, or I will have some strange feeling, the hair on my body will just stand straight, rather will avoid the environment they're, I don't really get it, is this a message or am abnormal?

Or u can meditate morning immediately after u wake up, and also when u are about 2 sleep.

thank you sir, someone ones told me my body has defense mechanism, i.e I could perseverance evil people around my vicinity.

Never ignore your instincts. You are not mad. Most people have tuned down theirs with the rational mind hence get into nasty circumstances a sensitive like you will avoid. The more you cultivate it,the better for you.
