My two bedroom estate here in Kaduna gra na 300k. Make dem kwantinue dia fake life dere. Baba don already tag dem as necessary evil.

But be honest, if there was housing was available as needed in Abuja, it will never be this expensive.

Baba sef, through his FCT Minister needs to arrange more housing in FCT and environs.

At least for workers to drive the overall demand down.

Abi you think those paying the rents are happy?

You pay so much for barely comfortable housing with what annual income? How much do you then save? How sustainable is such ostentatious lifestyle?...

Most of you middle class in Lagos and Abuja may never ever be truly wealthy... If I were you I would make serious efforts to relocate to towns with lower cost of living... Relocating from Lagos was the best decision I ever made. My finance literally began to soar after that... If not for security issues, Sokoto, Gombe, and Kano would not be bad o.

The guy is right... Depending on the part of kubwa that you're staying. I know two persons paying 180k for a self contain currently.. during my service year my friends payed 200k on the dot for a self contain in that same kubwa.

If you know metro international School in kubwa, one bedroom flat goes for 400k-500k.

Where is self con 150k? I've just had to drop 250k after all the apartments I saw for 200k were either tiny or not in nice areas.
