You worst is that you wouldn't even notice the strange fumes you are inhaling. Great tragedy! Very hurting and annoying. What’s all this issue about power supply and years and years of billions and billions of dollars, and all we have is 15 dead citizens!

Well, I hope Gov. Ihedioha can now focus on real issues and leave the trivialities of determined prosecution (or is it persecution) oh Ex-Gov Okorocha.

Who says a state cannot invest in power supply! I enjoyed 2 years of uninterrupted power supply via the Lagos-Enron power project with Asiwaju Tinubu as governor. We even dashed out our generator to someone in Benin.

That's the ironic beauty of carbon monoxide poisoning. It's totally odourless and it kills very slowly. The body readily absorbs it faster than oxygen. You'll be dieing without knowing you're dieing. You'll feel sleepy and never wake from the sleep, that's why everybody in a room poisoned with CO can die off. The only way I know that there's a level of CO poisoning in a room is that I feel stinging in my eyes

The kitchen must've been in the same house as the room they slept in. CO is very light, could've easily dispersed from under the door

Believe me, CO is more far more dangerous than people think including educated folks. You would be surprised to know that this gas kills people who are awake not to talk of people who are already sleeping
This is not first time this generator fumes would kill large number of people at a go. About 2 years ago, it killed large number of people who were doing night vigil, they didn't even sleep.
There was an incident where six people watching football were killed, they were awake.
I suggest you read about this seemingly harmless gas on Wikipedia, it should make interesting reading
