Govt really needs to clamp down on all fake blogs circulating false news and propaganda. Like jail terms not less than 6 months with hefty fines. Journalism should be regulated for the sake of professionalism.

Hungry bloggers have bastardized the profession. Starting from Nairaland. I have made it a point of duty to overclick and report all Google adsense advert on any fake or misleading blog I come across.

I understand your point. But the source of feeding should not be another person's downfall. Even armed robbers and kidnappers believe what they do is their source of feeding and should not be cut off

Bloggers need not be deceitful and destroy lives in the process by publishing fake news without proper verification and checks all in a bid to feed.

There is no sentiment in this. Instead of saying someone wants to spoil your source of feeding, why not do things the right way? Even God will not support a deceitful or shady process even if it is a source of feeding.

I have worked as a writer for a magazine, so this is not alien and it is not rocket science. Verify your news to make yourself authentic and stop trying to play the victim.

Stella Dimoko is one of such made bloggers that you talk about. You can take what she publishes to the bank. And if it happens that her story didn't check out, she apologizes rather than justifying it with "it is where i am eating from".

Please be authentic with your news instead of playing victim and using bible to back it up
