An elderly man has wowed Nigerians especially internet users, for building a car with scraps.

According to reports, he made the automobile from condemned parts of motorcycles and generators thrown away in dustbins.

The man later drove around with his latest invention during a display.

When the world are producing sport cars with high speed and powerful engines, we are here producing crap calling it a car, maybe in 1800 this would have been considered a car but now it is reffered as a jalopy.

BRO, we are beginning to overflog this "rome wasn't built in a day" thing.

every one is moving forward and we are going backwards. . .

this is not to downplay or underrate the ingenuity and initiative of the owner but we shouldnt bask in the euphoria of his intellect because he still has a looooong way to go....

we can encourage him/them whilst making sure that they don't see it as the final achievement..... also we should also endeavour to encourage them to find a way to check out what's trending and probably target next gen designs.... might not be able to actualize it due to lack of resources but at least someone with a next gen design has the potential to challenge everything and anything.... it will also encourage others to tow same lane...

else someone will invent rock wheel or fire in 10yrs and we'll be clapping for him/her...

nice initiative but he can think of something better!

You can't compare both of them, you see how classy that Benz is? Africans love disgracing themselves, did Benz use other people mechanical parts to build that?

What were Africans doing in 1885 when the Germans were building that? why are we still building craps in this 21st century?

If that's how Rome is built then the Koreans would be building this crabs because we got independence same time with them

If you put both of them for sale, that old Benz would be sold for more than 300 million naira and that crap would be less that 20,000 naira.
