Try renaming your document to "NYSC" and try uploading it back. I had same issue with my CV till I renamed it and was able to upload

Please i need help. In the secondary school page box where i'm supposed to key in my Exam number, it's only numbers that are showing. Alphabets are not and my exam numbers contained alphabets. What do i do? Though i'm using my phone.

I've even uploaded the nysc sef and have completed the application, hoping for the best... i think if the picture becomes too small it also poses a problem, so what i did was to send it (original picture) as a whatsapp message to a friend of mine, i know whatsapp resizes pictures, so i located the pic i sent on my whatsapp sent images folder on my phone, then i uploaded that and it went, try it and lets see if it'll work out for you also.
