Wait o, so a deputy senate president kneeling down to greet Mr president is culture and respect? Are we in his village? This is the business of governance not ass licking. Nigeria is just a disgrace and many of the people in this forum including that mod have low IQ. We all went to secondary schools how many times did we kneel to greet teachers? Does that mean we did not accord them the respect due to them? Look at how politics have reduced the IQ of many people on this forum including that of a mod. Keep on fooling yourselves it is you that will suffer insecurity and poverty not the governing class.
