See, the point is even if she had remained on the wave rider in the temporal zone, immediately they changed the timeline, she immediately lost her amulet to her brother, thus she was kinda useless to the group. So I guess in the wake of the above, the writers wanted to avoid any romantic entanglement between her & Nate, so the show doesn't tow the way of the flash.
I fact about the LOT series is that, the show usually has great potential at the beginning, but they tend to mess things up at the end. Check out last season, last season was perfect until they messed it up with Bibo at the end.

Even the whole thing about Neron and his plan for the monsters and his useless app in order to generate more fear and that useless theme park the legends built, the whole entire thing was sh!t.

Seconded. Last season, season 3 was far better than this season, until they messed it up at the end were they showed us one less terrifying villain that wasn't worth the Mallus hype the series portrayed to us all through the show. The worst was the Beebo character, in fact, I couldn't stomach that one at all...I just pray next season becomes better.

that bibo shtick made me finally give up on the show after stomaching utter shiit for long from the series. Didn't even bother to see this past season despite constantine being in it(he shouldn't even be in it all )

The beginning of season 3 was so dope! They were shouting Mallus like he was so big! Then he revealed himself and I shook my head... Then beebo! I almost cried..
They didnt explain where wally went! Theyve turned the actor playing as Amaya to shit...I love musicals but the musical this season wasn't necessary. Now Zari just dissapears!! No way!
They need to build up Rory's character... In season 3 he was the only reason I kept watching ,he was so funny.. Most annoying thing is after all this while they all still see him as a criminal.
WTF! He lost his best and only friend apart from cold the only person(thing) he has loved was his rat which he lost too. He has lost too much already...

I have to say I'm surprised these shows made it this far especially Arrow, only season 1 is gold, the thrashy plot and lackluster acting should have killed it, I checked the rating Arrow has 1.5million views on the average from season three, Smallville lowest was 1.9million

I think crises actually destroyed everything Tom's Clark Kent passed through in smallville. He went through a journey for ten years only to be superman for less than that. If smallville had ended in season 5 or 6, I would have understood his decision to give up his powers to be with Lana. But as he grew older, he realised his destiny and am pretty sure Lois would never allow him to give it up just so they can be happy. Hopefully he used blue Kryptonite not gold

They just wanted to put Smallville to rest. Plus Tom Welling never wanted to put on the Superman suit, I don't think there was a better role for him if he doesn't want the suit. If he had agreed to suit up, he might have been casted as one of the paragons. The guy just no wan wear that suit. Yet fans wanted to see him again

there could have been a better story arc for him, Tom has always avoided the suit since day one, but there could have been a better way to handle it.

we saw Tyler hoeclins superman give up his role as protector of earth to live a normal life in Argo city but it was always clear he could come back at anytime. In season 7 of smallville, Dax Ur used a blue Kryptonite bracelet to suppress his powers so he could have a family, when brainiac came to attack him, he tried to take it off but he wasn't quick enough meaning he could have become superpowered if he took it off on time. The writers should have done the same for Tom's Clark, Gold Kryptonite takes away a Kryptonian power permanently, that's the only way he could have given it up.
