NdiaraIGBO:

due to poor packaging i.e. repeated and recurring failure to meet international standards

PLUS the Indians have found a way of producing same food in other parts of the world.

Europeans will never let Africans breathe

You conveniently forgot to mention excessive traces of pesticides as another reason EU banned Nigerian food products

Not everything is imperialism. Sire

Most of the canteen out here in Lagos that I was born is unhygienic, Av ate in a place once before not knowing that they arrange chair and table on top of gutter and that is where customer will seat to eat their meal, I don't know until one of the woman sales girl take away the plank on the gutter to pour the uncleaned water inside. Come and see hw the gutter was dirty... O.M.G I pity Lagos resident eating out. Since then Av not eating in a canteen I prefer to take jungs than go to eat in a unhygienic area.

They didn't state how they obtained their results, or they used all the houses and fast foods in lagos and Kano
Are you insinuating that they lying?
Don't we use banned chemicals to preserve beans and kporo?
Don't we use carbide to ripen fruits?
Don't we use spent tyres to roast animals?
Don't we add iron oxide to redden adultrated palm oil?

I must say what I noticed , frozen turkey got from the market here in Lagos some months back had this blackish discoloration compare to the normal boiled turkey . This was about twice purchase from same seller which was half cartoon each time .But after a change to another seller the frozen turkey had it normal color after cook . I was thinking maybe heavy preservation chemical or substance was used for the former

The problem is that most people don't know the technical definition of 'food poisoning'. Food poisoning in this case ain't what we know from Nollywood movies, where one eats and then die...

if you are in an environment where they are burning tyres kiss kiss you will know how dangerous the smoke coming out is.

Just imagine, most of these guys use the same tyre to prepare pomon before selling to food vendors.
Everybody is desperate to be rich, l don't even know if NAFDAC still exist or died with Doya Akiyuli. May God deliver us.
