Hi guys, so i've got my opt out approval from DHS, but CEAC profile still states F1. How do i inform them to effect the conversion? Back to F2B

They will receive the message from DHS and they will effect the changed themselves. But if your interview is close and there was no time for them to effect it, and your case is still on F1, they will tell you and you must immediately tell them that you opted out of F1 back to F2B. And then show them the proof of the email from the DHS. But am sure before your interview they would have received the message from DHS.

AOS fees is just for the Beneficiary, that's you. Has nothing to do with the Derivatives. Where derivatives are involved is the Visa fees. Everybody's Visa Fees must be paid, including infants.

You don't have to. When you are invited to start start your process, you would be asked to upload it on the portal. If there is a need for you to send anything, they would inform you.

Yes you can send their passport data page, birth certificate and your marriage certificate, if you have changed your name also inform them. When you get your welcome letter all their names would have been updated.

In the Notice of Action it state that we should allow minimum of 30 days before contacting the NVC.

Pls, I want to know when I will get a case number.

And can I go ahead and get a Police Record now ?

I don’t know what to do as I wait for NVC to contact me/us.

I think this is for where you will stay when you arrive, and also where they can send your document to. It's better you click yes and give the address of where you intend to stay, before settling down.

You can pay online through designated bank account. No use of debit/ credit card.

Of cos that should be a YES. The address of where your spouse lives which is where you will be living. You want to say No? They will just say huh! Is this person homeless? You want to come and be a liability to them? Lol . Biko your Answer is a Capitsl Yes, with your spouses address as your U.S addy. Cos that's where they will send your greencard to

Not my spouse, its actually my Father. His mother [A US citizen] petitioned for him 12 years ago.
I asked because his mother is actually here in naija due to cold but her other children [My Dads siblings] are there in America.

If we answer yes, we can go ahead and use any of his siblings addresses right?

Yes you can use any of them address, but preferably use the sponsors address or joint sponsor whichever the case.
