In 2013, Ujiri was named the NBA Executive of the Year for his work with the Nuggets, the only non-American ever to win the award. On a level playing field and an enabling environment, Nigerians can deliver anywhere in the world. The tragedy is we dont have an enabling environment in Nigeria and as such our best hands often have to leave to shine outside Nigeria then we congratulate them . Congrats to the Raptors and Mr. Ujuri

I just hate the way Nigerians especially our hypocritical leader famz with successful Nigerians in diaspora as if they helped or contributed to their success sad

Very yeye eye service. I just love the way Divine Oduduru denied Nigerian. Only if other Nigerians would do same so they would concentrate on the ones home.

Northern wetin? Mixture of Isoko(Naija delta) and Kamba(Kenya). He only spend his early years in Zaria. Btw he was born in Bournemouth, England.

So you were expecting him to say he won for Nigeria. He didn't even say he wan for Canada. Victory is for Toronto!

Ujiri is proudly Nigerian, he never hide it. He was a youth coach in Nigeria before he moved to Europe. He still comes up for Basketball without border clinic. So?

Baroba:

He was born in Bournemouth, England, he moved down to Nigeria with his family @ early age, from there to States. He was a former youth coach of the Nigerian basketball national team.
