Of all those posts you listed above, the only ones under his powers to appoint are the CJN (but with the recommendation of the NJC) and the SGF. It must be pointed out however, that he inherited Katsina-Alu from Yar Adua.
Now tell me if any Yoruba was recommended for the CJN and was appointed.

PDP held a clear majority in both houses and so the leadership position as per zoning fell to them.

Tambuwal alongside majority northern reps renegaded and entered an alliance with Tinubu to order his ACN stooges to vote for Tambuwal and not the Yoruba pdp nominee.
