That is not true man. There are traffics in every part of the world. Nigerians don't obey the traffic rules. If you are in Lagos, except when it rains sometimes, traffics are caused by the hasting and lawless drivers. Turning anywhere, picking and dropping passengers anywhere even when there is bus-stop. You hardly see the cause of a traffic congestion when you get out of it. Secondly, the marketers and okada riders also block roads.

Oga relax. Traffic offense is one of the weakest offenses. It's easy to commit it and that's why the punishment is usually just fines and confiscation and usually no imprisonment.
