I know. I did my undergrad in Abeokuta.

But Abeokuta is not Ogun state. And even Ogun as a whole still cannot be compared to Lagos as an industrial power. But it is catching up really fast.

You're right bro!
Abeokuta is just the capital city with no or little industrial avenue. Sango Ota and Agbara Ogun state has most of the industries/factories in Ogun state. Ogun state is fast approaching the industrial hub as Lagos is. Foreign investors are coming in every now and then. All I can say about Abeokuta is a very good road network. Construction of pedestrian bridge going on at Pansheke area of Oke ilewo and so many infrastructural development all around
