So I started a small LW cost school in a village of Kaduna state with the help of my mentor.
Initially it was a shed school and when my mentor came into the picture we moved to a small uncompleted building.
All this while for two years plus, the school was free.
After moving to the new uncompleted building, our population skyrocketed to about 450.
Pls note. This is a rural community and I have to spend over a thousand naira to get to school every workday. I am only doing this for the sake of the village kids, 70 percent of whom never attended any school before.

Inorder to cut cost, we alongside the parents decided that everykid should pay #1000 naira only per term or 3000 per year.
This is just a way to offset the amount, my mentor, her two friends and me are spending on the school budget.
@falzthebadhguy and @nescafe came through last year and we bought a land.
And fastword this year we started the building project with the small funds we have with no additional help or support.
All of a sudden I started receiving different letters.

First was from kasupda (an agency dealing with building projects approval and bla bla bla)
Second came kepa (an agency dealing with dirt's and refuse) imagine!!
Third came the agency for state revenue..

The fees they pay is just 1000 only per child.. Not even enough for teachers salary.
All this agencies want us to pay money.
Kasupda are looking towards over 100k...
Or I should bribe them with about 40k for some of the papers and they stop disturbing me.
These are monies we don't even have.
Have anyone faces something similar.. How do you pass all these hurdles cos I swear its discouraging.
I went through the websites of these agencies and there is no even pay online or any statement showing the fee structure or anything close.
I dont know what to do
Should I pay the 40k and forget it or what ?

They are just pained because of the building project that is just about 20percent completed with no funds for further development.

I made mistake and registered it as a business name.
They re claiming since its a school..we ought to pay for all this
