If there is no model then it essentially means there is no Proof of Concept...this means the business is more of a gamble!

A prospective investor needs to know how this money will be spent before making the decision to invest

I agree with @TellMeTheTruth.

You need a test model for proof of concept. An investor can't just sink N3 million into a venture that isn't proven...that's speculation not investing
