I don't know if this is a remedy but I have bn skipping dinner for some days now. Does it help? I need more natural directives aside exercises n daily work outs

1 Cuccumber+mint leaf+2 sliced lemon+ginger..put inside a jug with water,leave it overnight..drink next day morning and night.pls,make sure u change it with new ones.

Skipping dinner doesn't change the pot belly.

Take more fruits and vegetables.
Do exercises {there are certain exercises that works for a flat stomach which works perfectly for me - sit up and plunges}.
Take PLENTY water and plenty fiber rich fruits and foods {e.g oranges, cucumber and watermelon}
Less food at night, preferable eat dinner before 8pm {I take fruits as dinner everyday}.
Avoid Much BEER, it's one of the leading ancestor of pot belly. If you must take alcohol, go for red wine or brandy. Heard they are better than beer.

these works for me, I have a perfectly flat stomach and these are the only things i do.

You need to undergo a complete diet and lifestyle change. If you drink alcoholic beverages, putva stop to them or cut them down to the barest minimum. Reduce your carbohydrates, fatty and spicy foods intake. Do at least 20 sit-ups daily and take long walks whenever you can instead of driving or taking public transport. Weight loss takes time so don't be discouraged if you're not getting your desired results within days or even weeks of setting off.

Hmmm, I've seen this recipe on a Facebook page before, where can one get mint leaves?

Miss Katy That's The funny part. I don't even take beer that much. A year I can take 12 bottles or below. Thanks a lot anyway I will try those exercises

Diet! That's exactly my first plan. Thank u for your fee suggestions based on diet

Na small small o. Visit a gym and talk to one of the instructor. After a month of some exercise, you will be addicted to exercising and you will feel much fitter.

People generally misunderstand exercise. Exercise is for toning your body. getting sculptured and ensuring you get the desired body. It also helps in circulation and general well being. Whilst exercise is good, the most important thing is your diet. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. If you eat poorly, exercise would never work. Diet without exercise will give you a good body but a poor diet with lots of exercise will hardly work except you are naturally blessed with a fast metabolism.
Cut down on junk food and carbs. Reduce fatty foods as 'pot belly' is usually as a result of fat, which in turn is a result of excessive calories. The body stores excess calories as fat and fat is stored in different places, for some people it is stored in the belly resulting in 'pot belly'. Cut down on your calories first before talking of exercise. Don't skip meals, just eat smaller portions and make sure you eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water.

at least you admitted to taking beer. Stop it for now and switch to Brandy or red wine.
