I created a paypal account that can recieve funds, i tested it with one dollar, it was successful, however, someone later sent 45$ into the account. then i got this message.

We’ve placed the payment on hold because we noticed that you’re a new PayPal seller and will need time to build a positive selling history. The amount will appear in your pending balance and will be available after the order is fulfilled.

any solution?

get a foriegn bank account and card then verify it , ur dolls would drop from pending

I think it's just an Escrow payment and the fund will be released once the order is fulfilled. Just be sure you didn't create the account illegally. Escrow payment protects the buyer for a specific period of time and litigates the risk of losing your fund to scammers.

I think it's because of the type of paypal you've been using.
I've been using mine for years now with no issue..

Lol... Hear yourself

Nothing to worry about as your account is new. The money will show on your account after 14- 21 days. Same thing happen to me. It's just a precaution to protect their buyers against new sellers using PayPal.
