RESULTS OF VOTING WERE COLLATED MANUALLY, RATIFIED AND ANNOUNCED BY INEC.
Even if voting results exist on a server, they were typed in based on the previously MANUALLY collated results which the presiding electoral officers ratified.

It is evident that atiku supporters comprise mainly of the low IQ section of the Nigerian populace, many of whom, after thousands of 'likes' and 'shares' for atiku, still haven't learnt any lesson.

INEC said they did not use a Server (I recall that when the plan to hack the Server and hijack results by PDP was exposed, INEC Chair decided it would shutdown its Server and not use it for the elections so that there wil be no Server to hack ..and he said so on National Television!)

If this is the case, MR Einstein, why is the result based on previously manually collated results ratified by the presiding electoral officers sent to the server different from the result announced? So Buhari won the manually collated election while Atiku won the server collated election.
