Besides there are power plants scattered all over the federation which are yet to be hooked to the national grid. That's why Nigeria has over 10 thousands installed capacity but can only deliver 5 thousand at moment. This is the evidence of the 16billion spent.

the same lie they told us that nigeria was producing excess tomatoes but no tomato factory to process them. Dangote built a tomato processing factory and realised the lies. His factory is still under lock because of inadequate tomatoes. If it was true that obj and jonathan administrations generated that much power,why were they still budgetting billions for state house generator fuelling,purchase and maintenance? Believe these liars at your peril.

Dangote learnt the hard way after listening to Audu Ogbes lies that Nigeria had too much tomatoes and it was decaying due to surplus production , Dangote quickly opened a 40 million dollar processing plant that finished all the available tomatoes in Nigeria in just 2 weeks and closed down due to lack of supply ..
