Toceenay:Securing a deal and waiting for a buyer is a waisting of time, many people don't understand that offer up is more competitive than before,the item is already sold by the time you wait for someone that will buy the link... Apart from our pickers, there are so many oyinbo reseller now calling their self store ,their work is to buy cheap deals on offer up and let go, reselling the same deal on offer up or let go at higher prices,this oyinbo sellers has their own store with addresses...I have lost a lot of deals to this set of people... The whole ideal of helping people secure a deal started by me by selling of links,but back then,you deposit 5k,then I will help you search for a particular items you want,after securing the deal,I will send you the link,then you will send the link to the picker,if the pick up is not successful or the item is sold,the next thing is to start all over again,this method is so stressful,and time consuming,some people will tell me that they do not want my service again,some people will demand a refund, some will see my efforts and still wait until I secure a good deal for them...note:the reason why I collect 5k then is to know real and serious minded people that needed my service... Due to a lot of controversy,sleepiness night, stress and complaints, I have to quit the job of securing deals,and focus on other things... After a year of leaving the job of securing deals,one of the pickers from this great technology market contacted me,telling me that he wants me back,so,we sat together and we rob mind together on how to rebrand this securing deals job,that is what gave birth to DEAL HUNTER...along the line,other pickers accepted the method.. So,me and the picker agreed that I will be using my own money and his own money to secure deals, after the deal is successful picked,we agreed that i can advertise the deal on his thread and my own thread,that is what gave birth to Lords of deal hunters,...but if i do not have money to pay for a deal,i do advise it on the thread,but its 50-50%:chance to see buyer..so,any time I see buyer for deals,the buyer will pay directly into pickers account,not mine,and that is method I have been using...i keep wondering why a deal hunter will get mind to collect 400k from a buyer in the name of helping him secure a deal... My final conclusion/opinion is that the buyers should not pay into any deal hunters account again... The buyers should pay for the already picked or about to be picked deals...if there is a fail pick up,the money should be share equal between the buyer and deal hunter, that is on the item that yet to be picked and buyer had sent payment... Selling of links is stressful and time consuming,my humble opinion... Thank you all...don't mind my English, naaa village I go school..   11 Likes |

Failtech:Wow, Prodigy again? this is serious. Dunno what to say but i will advice you take up the matter legally if he doesnt act accordingly within the stipulated time frame. TechProdigy, we spoke sometimes last week even though you didnt totally voice out, i could hear your thoughts and the tension with which you spoke made me conclude that you're indeed passing through a rough time. Maybe this is deliberate, i cant say but you need to know that good name is better than silver/gold. Also, most of these people trusted you with their money and i know about 3-4 other people that are yet to call you out because you promised them tomorrow and Monday, i beg you in the name of God, please refund these people or give them their items ASAP. Moving forward, selling of links cant work because the model is very flawed. Also paying to picker wont work, cos the transaction is between deal hunter and buyer. The best the buyer can do is to confirm from picker the item he/she wants to buy is exactly same as what deal hunter posted. In addition, direct payment to picker has voided the model of TLC which is to make little and fast profit less the actual Nigerian market price. Personally, i dont accept payment to picker because for every deal i post here, i have already paid complete money to the picker, so why should a buyer get an item from me and pay to the picker? remember the time difference between Naija and Yankee, remember the volume of unnecessary work we're giving pickers again to be transferring back to deal hunters, the 52.50 naira transfer charge, the numbers of deal hunters we have et al. I have said it before and i will say it again, do your due diligence before transacting with any person here, if you are having doubt, please dont deal. Final, the ultimate solution is to completely weed out the bad ones, and constitute a list of jury (3-5 members) for problems arising from transactions gone bad, make recommendation which is eventually passed to the mod for review and possible verdict/enforcement. Also, victims should learn to speak out early, because justice delayed is justice denied. 7 Likes |
