Unfortunately there's nothing the mods can really do here as this is beyond Nairaland, the best they can do is to ban him so he can no longer transact here. Or provide data to the law enforcement agency concerning the issue if it's been requested.

Moving forward, the victims can take legal/illegal action against the culprit (using dmcdad's word) to recover their money/item.

The best thing here is not to allow matters degenerate to a certain level before we speak out so that appropriate actions can be taken against the accused.

Once he find gadgets that interest him, he'd post the same gadgets and raise funds through unsuspected prospective buyers, 2weeks later, He'd send almost dead phones and still claim not to be aware, from there, lie upon lie, till he's done using your money, He'll then decide to refund through a certain lady, maybe na him partner in crime sef, and still won't complete the payment till another 1week If i study him as course of study, i no go fail.
