Your graphics card is not up to date .. download the latest version via manufacturer official website .
Make sure you clean the fan area.. dust can make your laptop freeze .
Secondly check health of the system disk drive .
I recommend harddisk sentinel. Download it online.
Do you need tutorial how to use harddisk sentinel to know the health of your disk drive?

My system freezes whenever I tried to run apps that uses The nvidia GPU,it normally displays this error message “Video TDR failure Nvlddkmk..I have downgrade and update my nvidia graphics card still d same ,i was told that d graphics chip need reflow,,,,is it dangerous to reflow or is their any alternative??

Sorry that you are facing this problem.
Reflowing GPU can give you 100% success rate.
Take it to an engineer that knows about motherboard repairs.
