If it comes down to fair play I dont think Nigeria has a better fair play than Cameroon at the moment , we have a red card, and about 7 yellow cards. If Cameroon wins by 2-1, it automatically will have more goals scored than Nigeria with same goal difference.

Cameroon qualifies. They have more goals scored than Nigeria even though the goal difference is same.
Now, we need to hope Thailand does not get beaten with more than 2 nil. Once Chile beats Thailand by 3:0, we will be out of the competition. I see a Thailand white-wash though considering the fact that they have conceded 17 goals in just 2 matches.
