Y developed our traditional style of play...the wings, building...from the back...using the flanks...chokingthe midfiled , slowing down dangerous oppositions and even ball control was wahala throughout this tourney...individually...we have some fine players but as a team we were a mess...

exactly my point too. Nigeria would have done better against new Zealand and they wouldn't even need to qualify as a best loser. I don't wanna bliv our falcons will be placed in the same group with Netherland, canada and New Zealand and still struggle for a best loser. Thats not possible

You get word jo. Check out the statistics. European teams are tops. African teams next apart from USA, Australia and Japan. Nigeria will beat most South American teams, most Asian teams and will thrash New Zealand. Haba, show some gratitude to this girls. Nigeria has beaten Canada at the World Cup before 2011. i agree our players have their shortcomings and twas obvious they lack coordination especially in the midfield, it became so obvious because we played against a very tactical and highlly coordinated france and norway..but u shouldn't compare us with any of those African teams...cos they are even worst, they seem to play well cos they played against a weak new zealand who didn't even score a single goal in this tournament except an own goal

See, someone is just going at Ebere because of a dive and VAR. She is one of the solid reliable experienced hands in the team. To me, most of the experienced players, I mean people who played in 2011 or earlier should not be there apart from Ebere and Onome. Oparanozie, rita, ohale, Ikidi, etc should not be on the team, An attack with Oshoala, Ordega, and Kanu/Ihezuo would have ok.

I was actually expecting a re-take after that penalty miss cos it has now become a culture . I'm sure i wasn't the only one expecting it

funny part is that it would have been germany vs Cameroon and england vs chile if only chile had qualified instead of Nigeria. So i'm sure even cameroon will be glad we made it so they won't be the one to face Germany
