this is common sense and I don't want anyone to pretend to be ignorance of it, waec and neco are direct competitors, if you want to work with them it doesn't make sense to use Neco certificate. no crime in trying though, but how will you feel getting to the final stage of interview and you still find yourself not getting the job. waec will put all other certificate to avoid public criticism of discrimination, but believe me when I say it is a trap. don't fall for it.

Keep resizing it, and maybe you should change the name of the certificate. I had the same issue for long, before it finally went through

I have verified my account but on getting to the proper registration page, no way, please what could be the case?

this one is hard o.... I don't think you can re upload another CV.. since you've submitted, why not start the process all over again using another email??
