NASS: Rep Kingsley Ogundu Chinda emerges as Minority Leader Lawmakers of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 9th House of Representatives has elected Kingsley Chinda (PDP, Rivers) as House Minority Leader. Not make sense for a party that call itself national party and continue criticize president on his appointments. Since Senate majority leader came from south then rep minority leader should be automatically zone to the north. 12 Likes |
