op this is just a vehicle on fire, not a building, there is no fire service just passers by.

No single fire extinguisher in that senate building, I expect average of 20 fire extinguishers to rescue that vehicle, but alas, useless country, two students with fire fighting skills will rescue that vehicle.

This is a loss to the owner of the vehicle.

A massive fire has erupted in Unilag close to the popular senate building.

A car caught fire and a tyre exploded. The fire figthers also didn’t have top notch equipments as they could be seen quenching the fire via buckets rather than a high pressure hose.

Abi, o! I was just wondering the same thing myself. In fact, that fire truck has always been there, but a new one was bought to replace it some months back.
