johnnybravo1990: Please I wanna ask a question..the job experience thing that has to be three years or more in the last five years....is there a way u will be asked to prove u have worked full time for the number of years and on a particular job position?? And if ur job isn’t really related to ur degree like a banker that has a degree in biology and a masters in biology related field as well. How do u choose a NOC particularly if u are willing to switch careers to science field because u just got ur masters. How do u chose the ur NOC. Final question: if u wanna use a friend as nominee what will I show as proof |

Hey house I have a question, if one wants to request for confirmation of employment letter as a current employee, is it necessary it is addressed to Canada or one can address it as “to whom it may concern”?? |

You prove it with your reference letter, bank statements, pay slips etc. It doesn't matter if you studied in one field and you work in another. Choose NOC based on the job duties you actually performed, backed up with your job description (not necessarily the job title) 1StopRudeness: |

ladymarshall: am the one managing it since it's my business. I monitor day to day activities, receive enquiry calls, take customers orders and process it, then arrange how it will be delivered to the customers. I also do online marketing for my products and offline But no payment of salaries since I use the company's account and Canada says we should show proof of payment of salaries for at least 2yrs. How do I go about this? Thanks for your help boss |

amaya21: Thanks for your prompt response....do u mean all of the above or any one of reference letter, bank statement or pay slip...because after resignation staff account at the bank was closed, Payslip was never really printed. can offer letter which shows salary break down stand in place of bank statement or payslip....:or is the reference letter sufficient enuff... If reference letter is to be used what should be the content before it can be approved for immigration: I mean like age or salary or duration of working : The stress with bank hr is is often too much with this kinda stuff...:if one’s family has a registered company though one never really worked for them officially or got paid, but for this purpose can they issue such reference letter, won’t it back fire in any way?? Is it something that is physically verified or they just send official email to the company’s email address? |

Joromi12: Dubious?? How is family company referenc different from someone using his personal company has reference.... some one just asked a related question....I don’t see u calling them fraudulent.....Oga I get ur point... but when one is in restricted by some box policy in some way... u think outside the box..u might see this as breaking rules.... but I don’t see how ones family company referencing someone constitute dubious practice... |

1StopRudeness: Once you resign from the Bank, your account is not closed but moved to Ex-staff account. You can request for statement if you no dey owe sha .. . Send a mail to your former HR requesting for a reference letter and payslips. Let them reply that they would not do this so you can ask a former colleague to do it for you on a plain paper and attach the refusal mail from HR. Don't even think of your last paragraph 1 Like |
