Your friend should only pray not to be banned for misrepresentation; your friend should just try to prove to IRCC that the cousin was really the sponsor but that the sponsor seems not to be ready to further his sponsorship, the reason of which you cannot tell. Next time, one really has to be sure who they are using to claim sponsorship or sibling relationship, because it is surprising why a so-called sponsor will want to put someone in trouble.

And if ur job isn’t really related to ur degree like a banker that has a degree in biology and a masters in biology related field as well. How do u choose a NOC particularly if u are willing to switch careers to science field because u just got ur masters. How do u chose the ur NOC.

It doesn't matter if you studied in one field and you work in another.

Choose NOC based on the job duties you actually performed, backed up with your job description (not necessarily the job title)

How is family company referenc different from someone using his personal company has reference.... some one just asked a related question....I don’t see u calling them fraudulent.....Oga I get ur point... but when one is in restricted by some box policy in some way... u think outside the box..u might see this as breaking rules.... but I don’t see how ones family company referencing someone constitute dubious practice...

If reference letter is to be used what should be the content before it can be approved for immigration: I mean like age or salary or duration of working :
The stress with bank hr is is often too much with this kinda stuff...:if one’s family has a registered company though one never really worked for them officially or got paid, but for this purpose can they issue such reference letter, won’t it back fire in any way?? Is it something that is physically verified or they just send official email to the company’s email address?
