A criminal case can only be brought before a court by state prosecutors and not a private entity like GTB. GTB can only serve as principal witness.
What this means is that it is likely he is being prosecuted by public prosecutors.
However, if GTB was pursuing a civil case whereby Innoson failed to appear, a warrant could be issued.
Point to note; anyone could seek redress in court in a business transaction if you feel that you were deceived during the business by some fraudulent representation - forgery.
