I sincerely feel sorey for d guy though.

Like u didnt read wat i wrote very well.i said except the soldiers are not identified. If dey are, den take my word for it, dey dont go unpunished. The Army doesnt spare errant personnels. Dont also forget dat d army has its military police nd its legal service. Wen cases like dis occur, d MP investigates, d legal department also do their job if need be. Once d soldier is culpable, he faces d music.

No able minded person will raise a hand at the military man niqqa. He might have locked his shirt though, it's his right nevertheless, he deserves payment
