I want to use this medium to appreciate the man here on Nairaland with the moniker " Eliascomm55 " .

It all happened that he posted a deal here and I contacted him, he directed me to his office, I met with someone he directed me to, checked the phone(everything worked perfectly) then I made payment and left.

The phone was bought for a client of mine and after 2 days, she chatted me up saying the screen had some issues. I was worried because I don chop the gain wey I see on top and I just restocked some of my products hence, I had little to no cash on me.

I decided to contact eliascomm55. In my mind, I thought he would put me in one corner saying things like when u got the phone, didn't you check it before paying ? Did you complain of anything etc etc. He actually said he checked the phone well before selling and there was no fault but not to worry, I should bring the phone and he would initiate a screen fix for me since the phone was bought some days ago(wow..I got this phone at a really good or should I say cheap price from him and he was offering a free screen change).

To cut the long story short, I called him today that I was now with the phone and he told me to bring it along to computer village, directed me to his engineer. Negotiated price and the screen was changed all at his expense (eliascomm55).

It is not every time we call out people when deals turn sour. Eliascomm doesn't know I am doing this, neither he nor I have seen each other face to face before, but I just deemed it necessary to do so. I am sure he didn't see any gain (he even incurred some lost). I appreciate you Eliascomm55. God bless you sir.
