SHALOM! There is only the one possible way to achieve GOOD SUCCESS. . JOSHUA 1:8. 8. "This Book of The Law shall not depart out of thy mouth but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have Good Success." THAT WAY IS BY MEDITATING DAY AND NIGHT IN THE LAW OF GOD BY MOSES. If there were any other Way, God would have Said so. . PSALM 1:1-6. BLESSED is the man that walketh not in The Counsel of the Ungodly, nor standeth in the Way of Sinners, nor sitteth in the Seat of the Scornful. 2. But his delight is in The Law of The LORD; and in His Law doth he meditate day and night. 3. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. 4. The Ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. 5.Therefore the Ungodly shall not stand in The Judgment, nor Sinners in The Congregation of The Righteous. 6. For The LORD knoweth The Way of the Righteous: but the Way of the Ungodly shall Perish. BEING FRIENDS WITH THE WICKED, A SINNER, OR SCORNFUL IS NOT THE WAY.[ b] [color =silver].[/color] [b]PSALM 119:97-105. 97. O how I love Thy Law! It is my meditation all the day. 98. Thou through Thy Commandments hast made me Wiser than mine enemies: for They are ever with me. 99 I have more Understanding than all my teachers: for Thy Testimonies are my meditation. 100. I understand more than the Ancients, because I keep Thy Precepts. 101. I have refrained my feet from every Evil Way, that I might keep Thy Word. 102. I have not departed from Thy Judgments: for Thou hast taught me. 103. How sweet are Thy Words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! 104. Through Thy Precepts I get Understanding: therefore I hate every False Way. 105. Thy Word is a Lamp unto my feet, and a Light unto my path. LOOKING TO OTHERS TO GIVE YOU THE ANSWERS IS NOT THE WAY TO GOOD SUCCESS. If you failed any of those requirements, and achieved what you thought was "SUCCESS" I promise you, it was NOT "GOOD SUCCESS!" |

You would have thought his apparent "successes" to be "GOOD." That is because you succumbed to all of those Temptations in some way or the other. You have satisfied your FLESH. You have satisfied your WORLD. You have satisfied THE DEVIL. . DEUTERONOMY 6:4-9. 4. Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: 5. And thou shalt love The LORD thy God with all thine Heart, and with all thy Soul, and with all thy might. 6. And these Words, which I Command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: 7. And thou shalt teach Them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of Them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 8. And thou shalt bind Them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. 9. And thou shalt write Them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. AS SOON AS YOU READ THE COMMANDMENT OF GOD, YOU FORGOT WHAT IT SAID, AND THEN HAD TO ASK ME AGAIN, WHAT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAD SUCCESS AND GOOD SUCCESS IS. That is not LOVING GOD WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART, ALL OF YOUR SOUL, NOR ALL OF YOUR MIGHT. That is not KEEPING THE WORD OF GOD IN THINE HEART. . PSALM 119:11. 11. Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not Sin against Thee. THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IMPLIES THAT NONE OF YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, NOR ASSOCIATES KNOW IT, EITHER. It MEANS that you are a SINNER. It MEANS that you have SCORNED The Way of God. . PROVERBS 26:24-28. 24. He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him; 25. When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for (there are) seven Abominations in his heart. 26. (Whose) hatred is covered by Deceit, his Wickedness shall be shewed before the (whole) Congregation. 27. Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him. 28. A lying tongue hateth (those that are) afflicted by it; and a Flattering Mouth worketh Ruin. WHEN A PERSON DOES NOT BELIEVE IN MEDITATION ON THE LAW OF GOD, IT IS OBVIOUS TO THOSE WHO DO. BAD SUCCESS is getting everything YOU wanted, but NOT everything GOD wanted you to have. The MULTI-MILLIONAIRE PREACHERS are excellent and obvious examples of that. Christians with "GOOD JOBS," and CAREERS in SATAN'S KINGDOM are excellent and obvious examples of that. Religionists satisfied with their mediocre lives are excellent and obvious examples of that.

I did not ask what is "good" success, nor did I require any definition. I asked how you would differentiate good success (according to you) to bad one. If you had actually read my Post, you would not have needed to ask the difference between "ORDINARY SUCCESS" and "GOOD SUCCESS." Saying that my Post is an "Interesting Read" is not the same thing as saying that you had read it. LoJ: I read your question very properly, making allowance for your dissembling. I really have no interest in teaching those unintelligent enough to understand simple instructions, and connect supplied facts. The problem with answering people's questions the way they want them answered is that they never develop the ability to find their own answers, and solve their own problems. You have cases like the "Church Elder" who has to go to the "Prophet" to pray for him to be Healed, or something mundane like that. That means that he spent all those years having "Prophets" praying for him, when he should have been praying (successfully) for others, himself, such that praying for himself was no problem. Learn to read and understand. While you are at it, learn manners. Be so good as to do it elsewhere, so that you waste no more of my time?

Secondly, I did not ask the question because I did not know the answer, I asked because I wanted to ascertain how much you (think you) know! Third, I did not ask you, what is the (objective) difference between good and bad success, but how YOU would differentiate between both! Question you either fail to comprehend, or can't answer, or BOTH. Fourth, there is no pride in being a Christian, nor shame not being one, as you obviously and erroneously think. Neither the Historical nor the biblical Jesus himself was christian! Last, until I break any nairaland rules or you become the owner of the forum, I can stay on the thread as long as I want, and comment as much as I want, and there is nothing you can do about that, aside more ranting and whining.
