The way some of these heavy duty truck drivers behave on the road, one cant just help but wonder why there isn't a psychotic assessment before they get issued licenses

The truck wasn't speeding o, the portion of the road is bad because the culvert that was constructed there at that juncture between governor's road and Ikotun-Idimu road caved in at the middle so it kinda difficult for bigger vehicles to maneuver. If the truck was have to lost control, that place won't be able to hold it for Polaris bank would have been it resting place .

The issue should not be about a truck speeding, but a trench in the middle of a supposed road. What exactly is the function of the government? Just collecting taxes and levies?
