Fake news from Biafra Republic. You raised alarm without naming the Governor's and APC leaders.

Typical chest beaters from Biafra republic. Watch how the children of hate AKA Igbos will buy the dirty and rubbish news

I can't respect the opinion of this group because they are backing PDP, their agitation should have be for justice and not by mentioning one political party men of APC and silent on other as if that PDP don't participate in manipulations of justice via bribery too.

. 1.. If the Supreme court declares Oyetola...nobody can do anything to it.2 If supreme court declares Adeleke ..nobody can do anything to it.3..There is nothing special in Osun matter Aregbesola floored Oyinlola through appeal court judgement. while Oynlola defeated Akande through an election.4.The apex court can be just or unjust in its decision.Whatever it decides is final.5.No group or individual should raise needless alarm on Osun election let supreme court decide as it deems necessary. 6 .Unaccredited foreign observers reports hearsays and sponsored reports hold no water at the supreme court..Decision will be based according to appeals and counter appeals within the gambit of the laws.7 It is late for any sponsored group to start another campaign of calumny against APC or PDP as the date of judgement is closer.8 Osun election was contested with both APC and PDP using tactics to woo and win voters..money inclusive. ..So no saint between the patties... The more coordinated party won the election. APC during the rerun humbled itself and allied with Omisore to win the rerun.... PDP arrogantly believed Omisore was insignificant to their success...It led to the party's downfall.... So who cares ?9..let await the court judgement for final decision which can swing either way....wherever it goes so be it but your guess and expectation are as good as mine...constitution and electoral laws will speak volume on Friday next week not hearsays and sponsored irrelevant and political human right groups.
. 1 The rerun took place in a polling unit two polling units at Olode where Omisore father is the king..one policing unit in Modakeke village omisores territory too....One polling unit in Ikire where. deputy governor comes from...One poling unit in Orolu where Lasun Oyebayo comes from an APC stalwart ....two polling units in Osogbo the seat of APC.....2 if the INEC declared the September 22 election it is its right to do so.If it declared any party winner it has the right to do so.3 Any aggrieved party can go to tribunal and all electoral litigàtions end in the apex court ...supreme court. There is a difference between those who are know what they are saying and those who are ordinary political tagalongs.....

you are highly wrong. you are not from osun state so you don't know where the rerun exercise took place. the rerun election only took place on 3 local government namely osogbo local government (Alekuwodo, osogbo), orolu local government(ifon) and ife east local government (olode axis)

Another ugly dimension being taking by PDP and their self styled civil society group. Has any supreme court judge cried that they are being intimidated? When they gave judgement on Rivers and Zamfara states, this set of criminals did not see any intimidation against these justices. Well, let them do what they were paid to do.

I refuse and have stopped to have sympathy for any politician to climb Powers in Ng.. they use our money to buy cars for actressed, take them on expensive tours, buy them houses, send their own Kids in the universities abroad so they can come back and still rule us even when are also uni garduates but not abroad versions, and embezzle the rest of the money without give us roads, water, good economy, employment, and or reduce our half lives. Abi. that's why I don't argue blindly here on nairaland cos' I know the caliber of people I'm replying with. I don't know what is stopping them to consult a lawyer or read more of laws in the Google. it's there for everyone to see. we shouldn't be ignorant of what we should know on time. I strongly believe that 90% of nairalanders are educated, but to read extensively is the problem.

Yes they will judge based on the electoral laws and constitution.
However, this original post sounds like propaganda, as though Adeleke supporters believe he is going to lose, and they will blame it on the compromise of the integrity of the supreme court judges.
Do they believe the judges are corrupt? If they do, let them come out and talk plainly. There are many corrupt judges in Nigeria anyway.

exactly, that's why at times I read enough write-ups and articles that matters to laws on Google. google has make it easy for everyone to consult laws that's difficult to interpret, but some nairalanders won't do that, they will only based their arguments on propanganda which I'm not always comfortable with. in as much someone is surfing the internet to get more information, that doesn't says that one shouldn't go more deeper in learning some facts about the laws. I'm hoping to read law shaaaaa. I really have to know more and more of it. it's very interesting.

of course not all the judges will be plain, some will give justice without prejudice, while some will give out justice with fact and figures. what everyone is praying for is justice without prejudice. that's why at times when federal high court judge ruled on a case, appeal court judge at times dismiss the judgement and ruled differently. it's the supreme court that finally explain more about the case and judgements too. that's why their judgement are always formed as laws the counsels referred to.

You are fund of attacking the judiciary when it doesn't favor you that's why I said so . So if the Apex court rules in favor of oyetola that isn't justice ? What if he truly won the election but you allow sentiment to blind you ? Guy see if adeleke wins , then he won it genuinely if oyetola wins then he also did so genuinely . Let nobody rant about the court being biased when it doesn't favor them . Now take your ignorant sentimental self somewhere else

Adeleke should relax! His loss at the supreme court is inevitable.

It will be much more easier for Iran to turn USA to dust, than for Adeleke to rule Osun state.

If that is justice by the supreme court so be it.
