They join Nigeria and Egypt, after securing their first back-to-back AFCON victory since 1990. The Algerians were just too physical and man handled Senegal with the ref not having a firm grip on the game. If there was VAR, Senegal would have won a penalty. African football is once again proving to be a game of muscles and brawn. Very little technicality involved.
