More drama in Imo State as Governor Ihedioha sends police to raid and confiscate clothes, chairs, fridges from Okorocha's daughter’s shop

The Nations had reported that there was pandemonium Thursday night in Owerri, the Imo State capital when armed youths attached to the Imo State Committee on Recovery of Government property, invaded a shopping mall (House of Freeda) owned by the daughter of the immediate past governor of the State, in search of government property.

Property and merchandise said to belong to the state government were carted away.

Here is the video of the moment police raided and confiscated clothes, chairs, fridges from Okorocha's daughter’s shop.

How could an outgoing governor cart away government properties including big generators,car,houses and statues?This is a politician who was doing live debate on AIT about imo state contractors who collected money for contract projects and didn't deliver .

This kind of vindictive rubbish needs to end in Nigeria. If He has a personal grouse with the former governor, he should not bring that into governance. Let him focus on what he was elected to do. If Okorocha did anything wrong, he should be taken to court. This governor is acting like a tout and not a governor.

Ihedioha is doing the right thing. Okoroawusa stole everything in imo state without achieving anything despite the massive debt he incurred. So Ihedioha has to recover everything.

This administration won't do much because it will spend time to clean the mess, reconstructing shabby dilapidated substandard roads done by okoroawusa, of which 10% of it may not be achieved because of scarce resources. So much work to be done by Ihedioha due to Okoroawusa's planlessness and visionlessness.
